Shipping & Policies
We usually ship by DHL or Canada Post, and ship nearly every day across the globe.
The cheapest options, like Small Packet Air, may not include tracking. Our shipping cost does not include insurance. All parts are shipped FOB. The risk of loss passes to the purchaser when the parts leave our shop. If you would like to insure your purchase for transit, would like to ship using another carrier, or have questions about shipping, please contact us.
Many of the parts we sell are large. Shipping can be expensive and difficult to estimate accurately. If you don't see a shipping option that meets your needs, please contact us. We can try to find a better solution. Many of our suppliers are in the European Union. We can sometimes have products shipped directly from our European suppliers to our European customers to save shipping costs, but then we must add the EU VAT tax. Please contact us before ordering for details.
Most of our parts are almost always in stock. Those things we usually send out the day you order them. A few items on this site must be Special Ordered. We sell only a small volume of most of these parts, so we do not stock them. However, we get regular shipments from our suppliers. This means that you usually wait only 2-4 weeks for delivery of Special Order parts. We'll contact you if we think delivery will take much longer. Please contact us if you have questions and feel free to contact us to check on your order.
We want you to be more than happy with your purchase! Under most circumstances we will accept returns on In Stock items returned in their original packaging and in new, resellable condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. We can often provide the customer with a shipping label if needed, and will deduct the cost of this from the refund. We do not charge a restocking fee, but will deduct our actual costs of the return from the refund. These will include credit card transaction fees, e-commerce processing fees, and any import or brokerage fees we are charged by your return carrier to receive your return. We suggest that international customers look into this before choosing their carrier and shipping as some carriers can be excessive. We do not accept returns for Special Order or Custom Built items.
In all cases, please contact us for return authorization.
We pass on all warranties extended by our suppliers and manufacturers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we go out of our way to make it right. Contact us for details.
