Rally is hard on even the best prepared bikes, and having the right small tool or part can literally save your race!

Like everything on a race bike, what we carry is a balance between need, weight, and space. The best kit for you may vary from what we have listed below, but here's a place to start. Note that this is what we carry on KTM/Husqvarna/Gas Gas/Beta light bikes, and RFR bikes. You may need to adjust for your specific bike. 

Tools:

·         MultiTool (on handlebars)

·         8mm Combo Wrench

·         10mm Combo Wrench

·         13mm Combo Wrench

·         Knipex 8603 Plier Wrench

·         6” Vice Grips

·         6mm Socket

·         8mm Socket

·         10mm Socket

·         13mm Socket

·         Phillips Screw Driver Head

·         Flat Head Screw Driver Head

·         5mm Allen Key

·         6mm Allen Key

·         T25 Torx

·         T30 Torx

·         T40 Torx

·         T45 Torx

·         6” Hack Saw Blade

 

Spares:

·         Fuses

·         Clutch Plate

·         Injector

·         Clip Chain Master Link

·         Spare Brake/Clutch Levers

 

Other:

·         1l Tetra Pak Juice Box (top removed, flattened) for transferring fuel

·         Octane Boost

·         JB Weld Quick Cure

·         1’ fuel line with QD fittings and hose clamps (for repairs, draining fuel from a tank)

·         1” Gorilla Tape

·         Misc Cable Ties, including Heavy Duty
